摘要
针对ZB416型硬盒硬条包装机组的烟包输出系统在较高速度下出现烟包堵塞的问题,文中提出了不同的解决方案,对比分析了固定式结构和翻转式结构两种方案的可行性,最终采用可调节的翻转结构,提升了输送通道效率并可兼容不同规格的烟包尺寸,得到最优解。
The cigarette pack output system of ZB416 cigarette packaging line often causes the blockage of cigarette packets at a high speed.This paper proposes different schemes,and analyzes the feasibility of the target by comparing the fixed structure and the flipped structure.Finally,the adjustable flipped structure is adopted to improve the efficiency of the conveying channel and adapt to the different specification sizes of cigarette packets.The optimal solution is achieved.
