摘要
为了分析间隙对伺服作动系统稳定性的影响,从工程应用的角度出发,综合了动力学和运动学的特性,提出一种间隙的数学模型;在间隙模型的基础上,建立伺服作动系统的仿真模型,分析了不同类型的间隙对伺服作动系统稳定性的影响。仿真结果表明,间隙对系统的稳定性有不利影响,且不同类别的间隙对系统稳定性的影响程度不一样,同时间隙之间也存在着相互影响。该仿真分析对伺服作动系统间隙的研究具有一定指导意义。
In order to analyze the influence of clearance on the stability of servo actuation system,this paper synthesizes the characteristics of dynamics and kinematics from the perspective of engineering application,and proposes a mathematical model of clearance.On the basis of the clearance model,the simulation model of the servo actuation system is established,and the influence of different types of clearance on the stability of the servo actuation system is analyzed.The simulation results show that the clearance has an adverse effect on the stability of the system,and the degree of influence of different types of gap on the stability of the system is different,and there is also mutual influence between clearances.The simulation analysis of this paper has certain guiding significance for the study of servo actuation system clearance.
