摘要
超声相控阵检测技术作为先进的无损检测方法现已逐渐应用在石油化工、船舶、特种设备等行业。延迟法则的使用是相控阵检测时的主要特点,由于阵列探头的结构特点,在使用相控聚焦或偏转时,很有可能产生栅瓣声束。文中介绍了栅瓣的产生原因,并阐述了偏转角度、阵元数量、阵元间距、相控聚焦等对栅瓣的影响,总结了栅瓣的去除方法。
Ultrasonic phased-array inspection technology is an advanced non-destructive testing method which has been gradually applied in petrochemical,marine,special equipment and other industries.The use of the delay rule is the main feature of phased array inspection.Due to the structural characteristics of the array probe,it is likely to produce grating lobe beams when using phased focusing or deflection.This paper introduces the causes of grating lobe,and describes the effects of deflection angle,number of array elements,array element spacing and phase-controlled focusing on grating lobe.The removal methods of grating lobe are summarized.
