摘要
为了研究核废料处理设备中面齿轮的腐蚀对其运动学特性的影响,基于齿轮啮合原理,利用包络法推导得到正交面齿轮齿面方程,将面齿轮均匀腐蚀程度转化为装配时Cp值的变化,建立不同均匀腐蚀程度的装配体模型。使用动力学分析软件Adams对面齿轮与圆柱齿轮装配体模型进行分析,得到不同均匀腐蚀程度下的正交面齿轮传动过程中转速以及啮合力数据,得出面齿轮均匀腐蚀程度在2.6 mm以下时对面齿轮角速度、径向力以及圆周力几乎不影响的结论。
In order to study the influence of corrosion on the kinematic characteristics of face gears in nuclear waste processing equipment,based on the gear meshing principle,the orthogonal face gear tooth equations are derived using the envelope method,and the uniform corrosion degree of face gears is transformed into the change of Cp value during assembly,and the assembly models with different uniform corrosion degrees are established.The kinetic analysis software Adams is used to analyze the assembly model of face gear and cylindrical gear,and the data of speed and meshing force during the transmission of orthogonal face gear with different uniform corrosion degree are obtained,and it is concluded that the angular speed,radial force and circumferential force of face gear have almost no effect when the uniform corrosion degree of face gear is below 2.6 mm.
