摘要 干扰源包括外部和内部干扰源,其中外部干扰主要来自电磁环境,如工业现场的各种设备、线路等,这些设备的运行会产生大量高频信号,对工业自动化的系统产生较强的干扰。内部干扰主要是由于控制系统的硬件设计不合理,或者软件编程不完善,造成控制系统的稳定性差,易受到外界因素的影响而出现故障,从而影响生产过程。因此,研究基于自动化控制系统的抗干扰性,是实现工业自动化系统稳定可靠的关键之一。文章从系统结构、信号处理及传输方式等方面出发,结合具体案例进行分析,并针对目前工业自动化控制系统中存在的一些常见干扰源,设计了相应的解决方案,以期为相关领域提供一些参考。 Interference sources include external and internal interference sources,among which external interference mainly comes from the electromagnetic environment,such as various equipment and lines in industrial sites.The operation of these equipment will generate a large number of high-frequency signals,which will have strong interference on industrial automation systems;Internal interference is mainly due to unreasonable hardware design or incomplete software programming of the control system,resulting in poor stability of the control system and susceptibility to external factors leading to malfunctions,thereby affecting the production process.Therefore,studying disturbance immunity based on automation control systems is one of the key factors in achieving stable and reliable industrial automation systems.This article starts from the aspects of system structure,signal processing,and transmission methods,and conducts in-depth analysis based on specific cases.It also designs corresponding solutions for some common interference sources in industrial automation control systems,in order to provide some reference for related fields.
