摘要
研究旨在探索自动化电梯控制系统故障远程诊断的方法和应用。通过分析电梯控制系统的故障类型和传统诊断方法的局限性,引入远程诊断技术并借鉴其他行业成功案例,提出了一种基于远程诊断的方法。通过数据采集、算法开发和模型训练,研究评估了远程诊断系统的性能和准确性。研究结果表明,远程诊断系统在电梯维修中具有较高的有效性和可行性。本研究对于自动化电梯控制系统故障远程诊断具有重要参考意义。
This study aims to explore the methods and applications of remote fault diagnosis for automated elevator control systems.By analyzing the fault types of elevator control systems and the limitations of traditional diagnostic methods,introducing remote diagnostic technology and drawing on successful cases from other industries,a method based on remote diagnosis is proposed.The performance and accuracy of the remote diagnosis system were studied and evaluated through data collection,algorithm development,and model training.The research results indicate that the remote diagnosis system has high effectiveness and feasibility in elevator maintenance.This study has important reference significance for remote fault diagnosis of automated elevator control systems.
