摘要
随着可再生能源(如太阳能和风能)的快速发展,分布式新能源的大规模接入成为实现能源转型和可持续发展的关键。但分布式新能源的大规模接入给配网系统带来了更高的不确定性和波动性,对配网调度和运行提出了新的挑战。基于对国内最新研究成果的综合查阅,全面梳理了分布式新能源接入配网调度运行中存在的各种问题,从电网稳定性问题、能源利用效率问题、电力市场不适应问题3个方面进行了全面的分析和总结。
With the rapid development of renewable energy sources such as solar and wind energy,the large-scale integration of distributed new energy has become the key to achieving energy transformation and sustainable development.However,the large-scale integration of distributed new energy brings higher uncertainty and volatility to the distribution network system,posing new challenges to the scheduling and operation of the distribution network.Based on a comprehensive review of the latest research results in China,various problems in the scheduling and operation of distributed new energy access distribution networks have been comprehensively sorted out.A comprehensive analysis and summary were conducted from three aspects:power grid stability issues,energy utilization efficiency issues,and electricity market maladaptation issues.
