子午线轮胎生产技术的发展

Development of Radial Tire Production Technology

随着世界经济一体化趋势的蔓延,节能环保、安全等问题成为了汽车行业的普遍关注的问题,汽车的型号和性能发生了较大的变革。轮胎企业为了顺应汽车行业的发展,在轮胎生产方面频频开发新产品,其中,子午线轮胎的出现是汽车行业的重大进步。我国在子午线轮胎的生产和研发过程中,不断地创新与突破,经过了10余年的研究,实现了全钢载重子午线轮胎和高性能轿车子午线轮胎的自主生产。现阶段,我国的子午线轮胎生产技术已趋于成熟。基于此,本文讨论了国内外轮胎企业生产技术发展状况,分析了国内子午线轮胎技术的发展趋势。

With the spread of the trend of world economic integration,issues such as energy conservation,environmental protection,and safety have become common concerns in the automotive industry,and the models and performance of automobiles have undergone significant changes.In order to comply with the development of the automotive industry,tire companies frequently develop new products in tire production,among which the introduction of radial tires is a significant progress in the automotive industry.In the production and research and development process of radial tires in China,continuous innovation and breakthroughs have been made.After more than ten years of research,independent production of all steel radial truck tires and high-performance passenger radial car tires has been achieved.At present,the production technology of radial tires in China has become mature.Based on this,this article discusses the development status of production technology in domestic and foreign tire enterprises,and analyzes the development trend of domestic radial tire technology.
