With the rapid development of information technology,BIM technology is playing an increasingly important role in the operation and maintenance of intelligent building systems.This paper analyzes the application of BIM technology in building intelligent monitoring systems,security systems,computer room operation and maintenance,and data center management systems,and points out the advantages of BIM technology in building intelligent system operation and maintenance,including improving operation and maintenance efficiency,reducingoperationand maintenancecosts,improving system reliability and security.Finally,this article looks forward to the future development of BIM technology in building intelligent system operation and maintenance.
