颅咽管瘤术后内分泌功能评估和替代治疗

Assessment of endocrine function and hormone replacement in patients of craniopharyngioma after surgery

摘要 颅咽管瘤(craniopharyngioma, CP)起源于Rathke囊, 属胚胎残留性肿瘤, 是一种罕见的颅内肿瘤。虽然颅咽管瘤在组织学上属良性肿瘤(WHO Ⅰ级), 但其可局部进袭性生长, 常累及下丘脑-垂体轴和视神经/视交叉, 导致颅内占位效应和神经内分泌功能障碍, 严重者可危及生命。
