松毛虫赤眼蜂控制落叶松毛虫防治效果林间试验 被引量:2

摘要 为优化森林生态环境,降低化学农药使用量,加快推进生物防治,促进人与自然和谐共生,应用松毛虫赤眼蜂防治落叶松毛虫是生物防治重大林业有害生物的重要手段。内蒙古大兴安岭绰尔森工公司开展了人工释放赤眼蜂卡防治落叶松毛虫试验,并对防治效果进行了调查。人工释放松毛虫赤眼蜂对落叶松毛虫种群具有明显的抑制作用,重度发生区、中度发生区和轻度发生区松毛虫赤眼蜂放蜂密度对于落叶松毛虫虫口减退率呈现出0.01水平显著性(F=6.171,p=0.001),同样地松毛虫赤眼蜂防治效果也呈现出0.01水平显著性(F=6.169,p=0.001)。林间释放松毛虫赤眼蜂放蜂量以重度180张蜂卡/hm2、中度75张蜂卡/hm2和轻度90张蜂卡/hm2能达到较好的防治效果,应在生产中加以推广应用。 In order to optimize the forest ecological environment,reduce the use of chemical pesticides,accelerate the promotion of biological control,and promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature,the application of Trichogramma dendrolimi to control Dendrolimus superans is an important means of biological control of major forest pests.Chuelsen Industrial Co.,Ltd.in the Greater Khingan Mountains,Inner Mongolia,carried out an experiment on the control of Larch caterpillar by artificially releasing the trichogramma card,and investigated the control effect.The artificial release of T.dendrolimi has a significant inhibitory effect on the population of D.superans.The density of T.dendrolimi in the severe,moderate and mild occurrence areas has a 0.01 level significance(F=6.171,p=0.001)for the population reduction rate of D.superans.Similarly,the control effect of T.dendrolimi has a 0.01 level significance(F=6.169,p=0.001).The amount of T.dendrolimus released in the forest is 180 bee cards/hm2 for severe,75 bee cards/hm2 for moderate and 90 bee cards/hm2 for mild,which can achieve good control effect and should be popularized and applied in production.
