不同材质U形伴热管伴热均匀性研究

摘要 为了防治冻土地区地埋输水管道在传统伴热方式下热量损失对冻土造成的融沉影响,提出一种在管道内置的U形伴热管作为输水管道内伴热管的伴热模型。通过数值模拟分析的方法,研究了不锈钢和PPR两种不同材质U形伴热管对输水管和冻土层温度的影响。结果表明:采用PPR材质U形伴热管时,输水管道内的温度均匀性更好;不锈钢伴热管对输水管内和冻土温度的影响较大,相比U形PPR伴热管,输水管内温差达3.55℃。 In order to prevent the thawing settlement of the frozen soil caused by the heat loss of the buried water pipelines in the frozen soil area under the traditional heat tracing mode,this paper proposes a heat tracing model of the U-shaped heat tracing pipe built in the pipelines as the heat tracing pipe in the water pipelines.By means of numerical simulation analysis,the influence of U-shaped heat tracing tubes made of stainless steel and PPR on the temperature of water pipe and frozen soil was studied.The results show that the temperature uniformity in the water pipe is better when using PPR U-type tracing pipe.The stainless steel tracing pipe has a great influence on the temperature of the water pipe and frozen soil.Compared with the U-type PPR tracing pipe,the temperature difference in the water pipe reaches 3.55℃.
