大直径盾构在孤石、基岩地层下穿房屋群施工技术研究

摘要 在沿海城市进行盾构隧道施工中,常涉及大直径盾构在孤石、上软下硬地层中掘进的工况,尤其在该类地层中下穿房屋施工,施工难度大、安全风险高,从辅助工法的采用、掘进参数调整、刀具更换等多方面进行研究,对实际施工过程中出现的问题提出解决方案,以保证孤石段盾构掘进的安全和质量,可为类似工程起到借鉴作用。 Shield tunnel construction in coastal cities involves the working conditions of large-diameter shield tunneling in boulder,upper soft and lower hard strata.Especially in the construction of underpass houses in this kind of strata,the construction is difficult and the safety risk is extremely high.This paper studies the use of auxiliary construction methods,the adjustment of tunneling parameters,the replacement of cutting tools and other aspects,and puts forward solutions to the problems in the actual construction process to ensure the safety and quality of shield tunneling in boulder section,which can be used for reference in similar projects.
