基于工程伦理视角的某高架工程问题研究

RESEARCH ON A CERTAIN ELEVATED ENGINEERING PROBLEM BASED ON ENGINEERING ETHICS PERSPECTIVE

以某高架工程为背景,针对工程事故发生及工期延长的问题,从工程伦理学的视角,探讨工程技术集成创新的突破性与风险性的伦理抗衡及相关利益主体的责任伦理。分析建设工程项目中涉及的工程技术伦理,并从宏观、微观两个不同层面解析工程师个体、各参与主体的责任伦理。提出基于工程伦理视角的事故防范措施,即在专注创新技术突破性价值分析的同时,应有伦理道德标准的渗入、强化对技术风险的综合评估;提倡注重工程师的伦理意识;提高参与主体的伦理责任担当,从而为类似事件的决策及事故防范提供参考。

Based on an elevated project,this article aims at the occurrence of engineering accidents and the extension of construction period,from the perspective of engineering ethics,discusses the breakthrough and risk ethics of engineering technology integration innovation and the responsibility ethics of related stakeholders.Analyze the engineering technology ethics involved in construction projects,and analyze the responsibility ethics of individual engineers and participants from two different levels:macro and micro.Propose accident prevention measures based on the perspective of engineering ethics,that is,while focusing on the breakthrough value analysis of innovative technologies,there should be the infiltration of ethical and moral standards,strengthening the comprehensive assessment of technical risks;promoting the ethical awareness of engineers;improving the ethical responsibility of participants,so as to provide reference for decision-making and accident prevention of similar events.
