广州地区地铁盾构隧道降温升级改造技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 在地铁隧道施工过程中,由于盾构机功率大、散发热量高,若与外界环境换热不及时则会使得洞内高温。为了改善地铁盾构施工的高温环境,基于广州地铁22号线某盾构隧道区间降温设备升级改造工程,采用理论计算分别对盾构机周边各点温度、降温目标所需制冷总功率进行计算,获得了现场各点温度走势图及制冷总功率。工程实践结果表明,所采用的降温措施使隧道内外循环降温由原来的1~2℃增加到10~12℃,有效地提高了内外循环换热效率,改善了盾构设备的产热降温问题。 In subway tunnel construction,due to the large power and high heat emission of shield machine,if the heat exchange with the external environment is not timely,it will cause a high temperature in the tunnel.To improve the high temperature environment of subway shield construction,Based on the upgrading and transformation of cooling equipment in a shield tunnel section of Guangzhou metro line 22,the temperature around the shield machine and the total cooling power required by the cooling target are calculated by theoretical calculation,and the temperature trend chart and the total cooling power of each point are obtained.The results of engineering practice show that the ad opted cooling measures can increase the cooling of internal and external circulation of tunnel from 1~2℃to 10~12℃,effectively improve the heat exchange efficiency of internal and external circulation,and improve the heat generation and cooling of shield equipment.
