高铁隧道渗漏与初期支护裂损研究

摘要 高铁隧道渗漏与初期支护裂损是在役高铁隧道最为严重的病害,为隧道初期支护参数的安全性、围岩稳定、洞内设施设备以及行车安全带来巨大的安全隐患,渗漏病害的存在会侵蚀初期支护和围岩之间的空隙,反复的冻胀会引起初期支护参数的开裂,甚至变形破坏,危害隧道的整体结构安全。针对这些问题采用总结法和文献资料法,拟对高铁渗漏与初期支护裂损问题进行相应研究,并针对每个问题采取相应补救处理措施,经查阅总结发现造成隧道渗漏的因素为防水层、接缝防水失效、混凝土结构自防水失效等因素;造成隧道初期支护裂损的因素则主要在勘察设计和施工方面;并提出防水材料及施工工艺选择、混凝土和加强养护等的隧道渗漏措施,以及采用先进的技术设备、加强施工管控制等应对初期支护裂损的防治措施。 The leakage and lining crack of high-speed railway tunnel are the most serious diseases of high-speed railway tunnel in service,which bring huge safety hazards to the safety of tunnel lining structure,stability of surrounding rock,facilities and equipment in the tunnel and driving safety.The existence of leakage diseases will erode the gap between the lining and surrounding rock,and repeated frost heaving will cause the cracking of lining structure,even deformation and damage,endangering the overall structural safety of the tunnel.In view of this problem,the summary method and literature data method are adopted to carry out corresponding research on the leakage and lining crack of high-speed railway,and corresponding remedial measures are taken for each problem.After consulting and summarizing,it is found that the factors causing tunnel leakage are waterproof layer,joint waterproof failure,concrete structure self-waterproof failure and other factors;The main factors causing the tunnel lining crack are the survey,design and construction;It also puts forward the tunnel leakage measures of selecting excellent waterproof materials and construction technology,reasonably configuring concrete and strengthening maintenance,reasonably configuring concrete and strengthening maintenance,as well as the prevention and control measures of lining crack when adopting advanced technical equipment and strengthening construction pipe control.
