装配式建筑外墙水平施工缝防渗漏研究

STUDY ON LEAKAGE PREVENTION OF HORIZONTAL CONSTRUCTION JOINT OF PREFABRICATED BUILDING EXTERIOR WALL

为有效解决当前装配式建筑与现浇混凝土结合的结构形式普遍存在的水平施工缝渗漏问题,以3751-C地块棚户区改造及环境整治项目安置房工程二标段为例,对其建筑外墙水平缝渗漏原因展开分析,并设计出一种安装于铝合金模板K板上的水平施工缝三角形防渗漏企口装置,对该装置在住宅楼工程中的应用进行探讨,取得较好的外墙防渗漏效果。结果表明,所应用的外墙水平缝防渗漏装置既有效解决装配式现浇外墙水平施工缝渗漏问题,又为装配式建造技术与铝合金模板施工技术的结合应用提供保证。

In order to effectively solve the leakage problem of horizontal construction joints commonly existing in the current structural form of combination of prefabricated buildings and cast-in-place concrete,taking the second bid section of the settlement house project of the 3751-C shantytown reconstruction and environmental renovation project as an example,the causes of the leakage of horizontal construction joints in the external wall of the building are analyzed,and a triangular anti-leakage tonguing device for horizontal construction joints installed on the K plate of aluminum alloy formwork is designed,The application of the device in the residential building project is discussed,and a good effect of external wall leakage prevention is achieved.The results show that the anti-leakage device of the horizontal joint of the outer wall not only effectively solves the leakage problem of the horizontal construction joint of the prefabricated cast-in-place outer wall,but also provides a guarantee for the combined application of the prefabricated construction technology and the aluminum alloy formwork construction technology.
