HIV/AIDS患者安宁疗护知识态度行为问卷(医护人员版)编制及信效度检验

Design and validation of the palliative care knowledge,attitude and practice questionnaire for HIV infected patients(doctors and nurses version)

目的编制医护人员版HIV/AIDS患者安宁疗护知识、态度、行为分问卷,并对此问卷进行信效度检验。方法以知信行理论为基础,通过文献回顾、质性访谈、专家咨询后形成初测问卷;采用专家咨询法进行内容效度检验;对37名临床医生护士间隔2周进行2次测量,检验问卷重测信度;最后通过便利抽样法对430名临床医生护士的调查,采用分层面因子分析法进行结构效度检验。结果该问卷最终由知识分问卷15个条目,态度分问卷11个条目,行为分问卷13个条目组成。各分问卷内容效度(S-CVI/Ave)为0.955、0.951、0.948;各条目内容效度(I-CVI)为0.80~1.00;总问卷及各分问卷重测信度组内相关系数(ICC)为0.931、1、0.957、0.856。知识分问卷分层因子分析检验统计量(KMO)为0.85,累计方差贡献率为53.02%;态度分问卷分层因子分析KMO为0.796,累计方差贡献率为75.516%;行为分问卷分层因子分析KMO为0.914,累计方差贡献率为72.813%。结论问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可初步作为了解医护人员对HIV/AIDS患者安宁疗护知识、态度、行为现状的调查。

Objective To design and validate the knowledge,attitude,and behavior questionnaire for healthcare workers(HCWs)who take care of palliative care for people living with HIV(PLWH).Methods Based on the knowledge,attitude,and practice theory,a preliminary questionnaire was formed after a literature review,qualitative interview,and expert consultation.The expert scoring method was used to validate the questionnaire.The retest reliability test was conducted through a pre-survey of 37 clinicians and nurses.430 clinicians and nurses were recruited through the convenience sampling method to validate the questionnaire.Results The questionnaire consists of 15 items of knowledge dimension,11 items of attitude dimension and 13 items of behavior dimension.S-CVI/Ave of each dimension of the questionnaire was 0.955,0.951,and 0.948.The I-CVI of each item was 0.80-1.00.The ICC retest reliability of the general table and each dimension were 0.931,1,0.957,and 0.856.The KMO of the hierarchical factor analysis of the knowledge sub-questionnaire was 0.85 and the cumulative contribution rate of factors was 53.03%.The KMO of hierarchical factor analysis of attitude dimension was 0.796,and the cumulative contribution rate of factors was 75.516%.The KMO of hierarchical factor analysis of behavioral dimension was 0.914,and the cumulative variance contribution rate of factors was72.813%.Conclusions The questionnaire has good reliability and validity.It can be preliminarily used as a survey to understand the knowledge,attitude,and behavior of HCWs in hospitals who take care of PLWHs.
