中国肥料产业体系现状及发展趋势

Present situation and development trend of China's fertilizer industry system

通过梳理中国肥料产业标准体系、流通体系,以及2010年、2020年肥料产品企业数、产能、产量数据分析,发现中国肥料产业体系不断完善,形成了原料、一次制造、二次加工、多渠道流通和多种类型用户的架构;肥料产品不断丰富,具有标准和纳入登记的产品达79种;企业集中度不断提高,现有原料、一次制造、二次加工、流通企业总数估计达6860家,比2010年减少约570家,其中氮磷钾原料企业和复合肥生产企业数大幅减少,而有机肥等企业数增长迅速;全国肥料产能巨大,一次制造、二次加工肥料实物量产能高达4.9亿t/a,产量达2.4亿t,氮磷肥产能产量迅速减少,有机肥等迅速增加;中国肥料产业逐渐向着复合化、多元化、高效化的方向发展。

Through combing China's standard system and circulation system in the fertilizer industry,and enterprises,capacity and production data upon fertilizer products in 2010 and 2020 respectively,it is found that China's fertilizer industry system has been constantly improving,forming a structure including raw material,primary manufacturing,secondary processing,multi-channel circulation and multiple types of users.China's categories of fertilizer products continue to enrich,there are 79 products with standards and included in the registration.The concentration degree of enterprises is increasing,and the number of enterprises engaged in raw material,primary manufacturing,secondary processing and circulation reaches 6,860,which is 570 fewer than that in 2010.The number of NPK raw material enterprises and compound fertilizer production enterprises decreases significantly,while the number of organic fertilizer enterprises grows rapidly.China's fertilizer production capacity is huge in 2020,total fertilizer production capacity of primary manufacturing and secondary processing reaches 490 million tons per year,and total output is 240 million tons.China's production capacity of nitrogen fertilizer and phosphate fertilizer reduces rapidly,that of organic fertilizer and other fertilizers increases rapidly.China's fertilizer industry is gradually developing towards the direction of compound,diversification and high efficiency.
