摘要
介绍了几种基于镓基液态金属图案化的方法,包括直接书写法、微流道注入法、3D打印法、丝网印刷法和喷涂法,其中直接输写法是一种低成本且高效的方法,但对液体的浓度有一定的要求;微流道注入法和丝网印刷法精度高,但都需要根据通道形状制备好基底或模具,灵活性较差;3D打印适合绘制三维立体结构,但对材料有所要求;相较于其他方法,喷涂法适合于精度较低的场合。最后,对基于镓基液态金属图案化方法的优化提出了自己的见解。
Several patterning methods for gallium-based liquid metal are introduced,including direct writing method,microchannel injection method,3D printing method,screen printing method,and spraying method.Among them,direct writing method is a low-cost and efficient method,but has certain requirements for liquid concentration;Both microchannel injection method and screen printing method exhibit high accuracy,but require the preparation of substrates or molds according to the channel shape,resulting in poor flexibility;3D printing method is suitable for drawing three-dimensional structures,but there are requirements for materials;Compared to other methods,the spraying method is suitable for situations with lower accuracy.Finally,individual insights are given on the optimization of gallium-based liquid metal patterning methods.
