Research on the Development Strategy of Digital Economy in Suqian

当前国家、省、市等层面相继出台了一系列促进数字经济发展的规划、政策,发展数字经济已经上升为国家战略。宿迁作为长三角地区重要节点城市,发展数字经济有其特色优势和区位优势,但是也面临着数字经济还处于培育阶段、产业融合能力不足、创新能力较弱、数字经济人才缺乏、基础设施薄弱等制约因素。通过考察宿迁市具有的条件,并借鉴数字经济发展经验,可以采取挖掘区位优势,加速数字经济产业发展;发力智改数转,推进制造产业智能转型;聚焦研发创新,增强数字经济发展动能;强化人才建设,发展数字经济核心要素;加强数字基建,筑牢数字经济发展底座等五个方面战略措施,促进宿迁市数字经济发展。

A series of plans and policies to promote the development of the digital economy have been issued at the national,provincial and municipal levels,and the development of the digital economy has become a national strategy.As an important node city in the Yangtze River Delta region,Suqian has its unique advantages and location advantages in developing digital economy.However,it also faces such constraints as the digital economy is still in the cultivation stage,the lack of industrial integration ability,the weak innovation ability,the lack of talents in the digital economy,and the weak infrastructure.By investigating the conditions of Suqian and drawing on the development experience of digital economy,we can take measures to tap the regional advantages and accelerate the development of digital economy industry;we will make efforts to transform the digital industry and promote the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry;focus on RD and innovation to enhance the development momentum of the digital economy;strengthen talent construction and develop the core elements of digital economy;Strengthen the digital infrastructure,build a solid base for the development of digital economy and other five strategic measures to promote the development of Suqian's digital economy.
