摘要
根据CGSS2017研究数据,通过回归建模研究CGSS2017中的房屋产权、房屋数量、房屋建筑面积和居住幸福感之间的作用机制。研究结果表明,房屋产权对居住幸福的影响程度是显著的;房屋数量直接影响城镇居民的主观幸福感,有房屋城镇居民主观幸福感显然大于无房屋者,其所持有房屋数量越多幸福感越强;住房面积和城镇居民的主观幸福感有正向关系,住房面积越大幸福感越强。因此,为增加城乡居民幸福感,提高民众幸福指数,政府应当完善房屋供给结构与住房社会保障功能,以适应民众各个阶段居住需要。
Based on the CGSS2017 survey data,the logistic regression model was used to analyze the relationship between housing property rights,housing number,housing area and residents' satisfaction in CGSS2017.The study found that the impact of housing property rights on redidents' satisfaction is obvious,the number of houses significantly affects the residents' subjective satisfaction,and the subjective satisfaction of residents with houses is stronger than that of those without houses,and the more houses they have,the stronger the happiness,the housing area is significantly affects the subjective satisfaction.The larger the housing area,the stronger the well-being.Therefore,in order to enhance the happiness of residents and improve the satisfaction of the people,the functions of housing supply and housing security should be strengthened to meet the housing needs of residents at different levels.
