Literature Review on the Training of New Agricultural Talents

培养农业人才是响应新农科发展的需要,各地区如何在新农科背景下发挥地域优势和农业高校的教学优势为农村注入高素质的人才队伍,已成为有待解决的重要问题。通过对相关文献的整理,针对当前存在的新型农业人才供给困境及原因,提出了政府投入、地域特点以及培养模式等方面的对策建议,以增加培养新型农业人才的信心,为推进农业农村现代化人才培养研究提供思路。

The cultivation of agricultural talents is in response to the needs of the development of new agricultural sciences,how to give full play to the regional advantages and the teaching advantages of agricultural colleges and universities,and how to inject high-quality talents into the countryside has become an important problem to be solved.This article through carries on the collation analysis to the correlation literature,this paper expounds the difficulties and reasons of the supply of new-type agricultural talents at present,and sorts out the countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of government investment,regional characteristics and training modes,etc.,to promote the agricultural and rural modernization of personnel training research to provide ideas.
