Research on the Key Work Points of College Class Teachers in the Post COVID-19 Era

基于教育部及北京市教工委下发的高校班主任工作相关政策文件的要求,参照当前疫情发展的新情况、新态势,通过总结高校班主任工作的日常职责以及特殊时期需要重点关注的工作内容,结合学生对班主任工作的合理期待,详细阐述了后疫情时代高校班主任工作的重点、难点,并提出了学校和各级学院应予以支持的建议。

Based on the requirements of policy documents related to the work of university class teachers issued by the Ministry of Education and the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education,and referring to the new situation and trend of the current COVID-19 development,this paper summarizes the daily responsibilities of university class teachers and the work content that needs to be focused on during special periods,and combines students' reasonable expectations for class teachers' work.It elaborates in detail on the key and difficult points of university class teachers' work in the post COVID-19 era,And put forward suggestions that schools and colleges at all levels should support.
