摘要
绿色建筑项目中引入PPP模式,私人企业可以在绿色建筑项目融资前期以合作者的身份参与到项目中,有利于绿色建筑推广。建立考虑资金时间价值的绿色建筑动态投融资激励机制模型,对PPP模式投融资激励的影响因素进行分析,指出不同情况下政府对PPP模式的选择意愿,以及政府和私人各自承担的风险和收益,有助于成功实现项目融资,对以项目为依托推进绿色建筑发展,对发展循环经济,提升新型城镇化建设质量具有重要作用。
The introduction of PPP model proposed green building project,which intends to participate in the green building project financing of private enterprises in the early stages of the project is involved,is conducive to the promotion of green building standards.Considering the time value of money green building dynamic incentive mechanism of investment and financing model,analyzes the influence factors of PPP mode financing incentives,points out different situation will the government of PPP modes and the risks and benefits of government and private respective.Contribute to succeed of project financing.Based on the project to promote the development of green building,the development of circular economy,promoting new urbanization construction quality plays an important role in.
