摘要
本文主要研究考虑碳排放和时间成本的情况下多式联运经济性问题。根据多式联运的主要构成要素以及网络特点等,以集装箱多式联运为研究对象,综合考虑运输过程中碳排放以及运输时间问题,以集装箱多式联运综合成本最小为目标建立多式联运综合成本模型,并对集装箱多式联运进行经济性研究,最后通过算例分析验证所提出模型的准确性。结果表明:随着货物的月贬值率增加,多式联运方式相较于单一运输方式更加经济高效,合理安排多式联运中运输方式衔接可有效降低运输过程中的碳排放,从而实现低碳运输,本文所提出的模型方法可为货主选择货运方案时提供参考。
This paper mainly studies the economy of multi-modal transport considering carbon emissions and time cost. According to the main elements and network characteristics of multi-modal transport, taking container multi-modal transport as the research object, comprehensively considering the carbon emission and transportation time in the transportation process, taking the minimum comprehensive cost of container multimodal transport as the goal, this paper establishes the comprehensive cost model of multi-modal transport, and studies the economy of container multi-modal transport. Finally, the accuracy of the proposed model is verified by an example analysis. The results show that with the increase of the monthly depreciation rate of goods,multi-modal transport is more economical and efficient than a single mode of transportation. Reasonable arrangement of the connection of transportation modes in multi-modal transport can effectively reduce carbon emissions in the transportation process, so as to achieve low-carbon transportation. The model method proposed in this paper can provide a reference for shippers to choose freight schemes.
