新建北京至唐山铁路唐山站改造工程施工组织优化研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对铁路既有线改造工程实施过程中,工期保障、组织管理、精细化施工监管困难等系列问题,提出一种动态优化铁路工程施工组织的方法。首先以铁路既有线车站改造作为研究对象,采用栅格化流程分割方法将铁路工程施工按相应标准划分为若干风险管理网格单元,简化铁路施工动态控制难度,建立科学化的动态管控技术、监管评价体系以及铁路施工风险模糊评价模型,并以新建北京至唐山铁路唐山站改造工程施工组织管理为例,利用风险管理方法将需要整体监控的施工组织管理进行分析铁路专业类别细分,辅助实现铁路施工风险的精细化管理,保障施工组织方案的科学性,对提升我国铁路建设工程安全风险管理水平具有一定的支撑作用。 Aiming at a series of problems in the implementation process of railway existing line reconstruction project, such as construction period guarantee, organization and management, and fine construction supervision difficulties, a method of dynamic optimization of railway engineering construction organization is proposed.Firstly, taking the reconstruction of existing railway station as the research object, the railway engineering construction is divided into several risk management grid units according to the corresponding standards by using the grid process segmentation method, which simplifies the difficulty of dynamic control of railway construction, establishes scientific dynamic management and control technology, supervision and evaluation system and fuzzy evaluation model of railway construction risk. Taking the construction organization and management of the reconstruction project of Tangshan Railway Station from Beijing to Tangshan as an example,the risk management method is used to analyze the construction organization and management that needs overall monitoring. The classification of railway specialty is subdivided, which helps to realize the fine management of railway construction risk and ensure the scientific nature of construction organization scheme. It has a certain supporting effect on improving the safety risk management level of railway construction projects in China.
