茶多酚银杏叶胶囊的研制及其辅助降血脂功能评价

Preparation of Tea Polyphenol Ginkgo Leaf Capsule and Functional Evaluation of Auxiliary Blood Lipid Lowering

摘要 以茶多酚与银杏叶提取物作为复合原料,进行科学组方与工艺优化,制成茶多酚银杏叶胶囊,并对其进行辅助降血脂功能评价。将银杏叶提取物与麦芽糊精等量递增混合,再与茶多酚混合,混合粉投入沸腾制粒机,以水为黏合剂进行一步制粒,收集颗粒,灌装成胶囊。动物实验表明茶多酚银杏叶胶囊可明显降低大鼠血清总胆固醇和血清甘油三酯含量(P<0.05)。人体试食实验显示茶多酚银杏叶胶囊试食组临床观察总有效率为52.9%,与对照组(16.0%)比较差异显著(P<0.05),对高血脂症患者血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平下调作用显著(P<0.05),且试食期间无过敏与不良反应。茶多酚银杏叶胶囊配方合理、制备工艺可行,适合开发成具有辅助降血脂功能的保健食品。 Tea polyphenol and Ginkgo biloba extract were taken as composite raw materials,scientific formulation and process optimization were carried out to prepare tea polyphenol Ginkgo biloba capsule,and its auxiliary blood lipid lowering function was evaluated.The Ginkgo biloba extract and maltodextrin were mixed in equal and increasing amounts,and then mixed with tea polyphenols.The mixed powder was put into the boiling granulator for one-step granulation with water as the binder.The particles were collected and further filled into capsules.The animal experiment showed that tea polyphenol ginkgo leaf capsule could significantly reduce the content of total cholesterol and triglyceride in serum of rats(P0.05).The human trial test showed that the total effective rate of the trial group was 52.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(16.0%)(P0.05).It significantly lowered the levels of serum total cholesterol,triglycerides and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with hyperlipidemia(P0.05),and there was no allergy or adverse reaction during the trial period.The preparation process of tea polyphenol ginkgo leaf capsule was feasible,and it was suitable for developing health food with auxiliary blood lipid lowering function.
