摘要
以细梗香草全草为原料,采用回流提取法提取细梗香草皂苷,通过液相色谱/质谱联用技术对细梗香草皂苷提取物的主要成分进行分析,并对细梗香草皂苷清除·OH、DPPH·及ABTS^(+)·自由基的能力以及还原能力进行检测,以评价其体外抗氧化活性。结果显示:回流提取法所得细梗香草皂苷提取物中皂苷含量达(53.0±1.4)%,其主成分为细梗香草皂苷B及细梗香草皂苷C;对·OH、DPPH·及ABTS^(+)·自由基的清除能力以及对Fe^(3+)的还原能力均与浓度呈正相关,且清除·OH、DPPH·自由基的能力较强,对·OH、DPPH·自由基的清除率分别为(68.03±1.93)%和(87.93±4.39)%。研究结果表明回流法提取的细梗香草皂苷具有良好的抗氧化活性,有望用于功能性食品及药品的开发中,为更全面地开发利用细梗香草提供了依据。
The ethanol extraction of total saponins from Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl.was employed in this study.The main constituents of the Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl saponins were determined by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.The antioxidant activity of the saponins was investigated by the scavenging ability of free radical ·OH,DPPH·,ABTS~+· and the total reducing capacity.The results showed that the saponins content in the extract by ethanol extraction was about(53.0±1.4)%,the main components were capilliposide B and capilliposide C.The clearance rates of ·OH,DPPH· and ABTS~+· free radicals and the reducing ability of Fe~(3+) were positively correlated with the concentration of saponins.The scavenging rates of ·OH and DPPH· free radicals were(68.03±1.93)% and(87.93±4.39)%,respectively.The results indicated that Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl saponins extracted by ethanol have good antioxidative activity.They are expected to be used in the development of functional foods and drugs,which provides a basis for the more comprehensive development and utilization of Lysimachia capillipes Hemsl.
