摘要
烟台套子湾污水处理厂一、二期工程总规模为35×10^(4)m^(3)/d,出水水质达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准,在提高城市污水处理率和减少沿海污染物排放量方面发挥了重要作用。在保证出水水质稳定达标的前提下,该污水厂充分利用污水中的化学能实现厂内电力能源的部分自给;充分利用污水中蕴含的热能进行厂内供暖并向厂外居民小区提供热源,减少了化石能源的消耗;充分提高再生水利用率,节省了等量的自来水资源。工程实践证明,以上措施取得了污水资源化及节能减排的良好效果。
The total capacity of the first and second stage of Yantai Taoziwan wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)is 35×10^(4)m^(3)/d,and the effluent meets the first level A criteria of Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plant(GB 18918-2002).It has played an important role in improving the urban sewage treatment rate and reducing coastal pollutant discharges.On the premise of ensuring stable and qualified effluent,this project fully utilizes the chemical energy in the sewage to achieve partial self‑sufficiency of power energy in the factory.It fully utilizes the thermal energy contained in sewage for heating inside the factory and providing heat sources to residential areas outside the factory,so as to reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.It also fully improves the utilization rate of reclaimed water resources,thus to save an equal amount of tap water resources.These practices in this project have achieved good results in sewage reclamation,energy conservation and discharge reduction.
