总体国家安全观视角下中国经济安全探讨

China's Economic Security from the Perspective of Holistic Approach to National Security

党的二十大明确提出,必须坚定不移贯彻总体国家安全观,特别提出要坚持以经济安全为基础,以新安全格局保障新发展格局。党领导下的经济安全保障工作是一项重要的理论命题,更是一项重要的实践课题,具有鲜明的马克思主义理论品格。本文从整体性和实践性出发,在厘定总体国家安全观和经济安全关系的基础上,通过对我国经济安全涉及的金融、产业、资源、宏观等重大经济领域形成的安全风险分析,揭示中国共产党领导经济安全道路的特色之所在,对党在领导经济安全进程中的重要规律性认识,从马克思主义政治经济学性质、哲学视角作出相应阐释,不断推动经济安全马克思主义中国化发展,为经济安全治理积极提供中国理论与方案。

The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China unswervingly called for implementing the holistic approach to national security.In particular,it called for taking economic security as the basis and ensuring the new development pattern with the new security pattern.The economic security guarantee under the leadership of the Party is not only an important theoretical proposition,but also an important practical subject,with distinct Marxist theoretical character.From the perspective of integrity and practice,on the basis of explaining the relationship between the holistic approach to national security and economic security,this paper reveals the characteristics of the path of economic security under the leadership of the Communist Party of China through the analysis of security risks in major economic fields including finance,industry,resources and macro,etc.involved in China's economic security,and gives an understanding of the important laws of the Party in the process of leading economic security.It makes corresponding explanations from the perspective of Marxist political economy and philosophy,constantly promotes the development of economic security Marxism in China,and actively provides Chinese theories and schemes for economic security governance.
