激励理论在妇产科新护士护理管理中的应用对护理技能提升的探讨

摘要 目的探究激励理论在妇产中心护理管理中应用激励理论对新护士护理技能的提升。方法选取2020年2月—2022年2月湖南省职业病防治院妇产中心24名新护士作为研究对象,电脑随机法分为两组,观察组12名实施基于激励理论的护理管理,对照组12名实施常规护理管理。比较和分析两组管理效果。结果观察组服务态度、操作熟练程度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在健康宣教、治疗护理质量、心理护理质量、生活护理质量评分方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组团队沟通能力、护患基本语言沟通能力、护患基本非语言沟通能力、情感感知能力、情感支持能力、困难情景沟通能力评分,一般自我效能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激励理论在妇产中心新护士护理管理中效果显著,能够显著提升护士的护理技能。 Objective To explore the application of motivation theory in the nursing management of new nurses in ob⁃stetrics and gynecology centers to improve nursing skills.Methods 24 new nurses from the Obstetrics and Gynecology Center of Hunan Occupational Disease Prevention and Control Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were se⁃lected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups using computer random method.The ob⁃servation group consisted of 12 nurses who implemented nursing management based on incentive theory,while the control group consisted of 12 nurses who implemented routine nursing management,and the management effects of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The scores of service attitude and operational proficiency in the ob⁃servation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of health education,treatment and nursing quality,psychological nursing quality,and life nursing quality in the observation group were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The team communication ability,nurse-patient basic language communication ability,nurse-patient basic non-verbal communication ability,emotional perception ability,emotional support ability,difficult situation communication ability score,and general self-efficacy score in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the dif⁃ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Incentive theory has a significant effect in the nursing man⁃agement of new nurses in obstetrics and gynecology centers,and can significantly improve the nursing skills of nurses.
