洁净手术室感染管理环节的控制与效果

Control and Effect of Infection Management in Clean Operating Room

目的探讨洁净手术室感染管理环节的控制方法与效果。方法选择2021年1月—2022年12月聊城市人民医院40名医务人员为研究对象,以2021年1—12月实施常规手术室感染管理的20名医务人员为对照组,以2022年1—12月实施洁净手术室感染管理环节控制的20名医务人员为观察组,比较两组手术室采样结果合格率及医务人员感染管理质量、手术室空气菌落数量合格率。结果观察组物体表面、医护人员手、紫外线灯及无菌物品采样合格率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组消毒灭菌、分区管理、操作规范、环境管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术室空气菌落数量合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论洁净手术室开展感染管理环节控制,有利于提升医务人员对手术室感染管理的质量,保障手术室空气质量。

Objective To explore the control method and effect of infection management in clean operating room.Methods 40 medical staff from Liaocheng People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects,20 medical staff who implemented routine operating room infection management from January to December 2021 as the control group,and 20 medical staff who implemented clean operating room infection manage⁃ment from January to December 2022 as the observation group.The qualified rates of sampling results,infection man⁃agement quality of medical staff,and the qualified rate of air bacterial count in operating rooms were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results The qualified rates of object surfaces,medical staff hands,UV lamps,and sterile items sampling in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The observation group had higher scores in disinfection and sterilization,zoning management,oper⁃ating standards,and environmental management than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The qualified rate of air colony count in the operating room of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Carrying out infection manage⁃ment link control in clean operating room is conducive to improving the quality of medical staff's infection manage⁃ment in operating room and ensuring the air quality of operating room.
