实习时期对神经内科实习生及带教老师满意度的调查分析 被引量:1

Investigation and Analysis of the Satisfaction of Neurology Interns and Teachers During the Internship

摘要 目的了解神经内科实习生基本情况及实习生、带教老师满意度情况,为下一步更好调整资源、改善带教方式、提高实习生效率提供参考。方法选择2021年1月—2022年1月在东莞市松山湖中心医院神经内科实习的46名五年制医学本科生和6名临床实习带教老师作为研究对象,采用问卷星问卷调查实习生基本情况及实习生、带教老师满意度情况,并对结果进行统计学分析。结果实习生在神经内科实习时,实习开始期(实习3个月内)占39.53%(17/43);实习前期(实习6个月内)占25.58%(11/43);实习中期(实习9个月内)占23.26%(10/43);实习结束期(实习12个月内)占11.63%(5/43)。带教老师对实习生的整体评价,非常满意占16.28%(7/43);满意占69.77%(30/43);一般占6.98%(3/43);不满意占6.98%(3/43)。实习时期与带教老师满意度评价差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=15.0,P=0.002),实习时期与带教老师满意存在相关性(rs=0.453,P=0.002)。结论在实习开始期及实习早期安排优先安排来神经内科实习,将有助于提高带教老师对神经内科实习满意度。 Objective To understand the basic situation of neurology interns and the satisfaction of interns and teach⁃ing teachers,in order to provide reference for better adjustment of resources,improvement of teaching methods and ef⁃ficiency of interns in the next step.Methods 46 five-year medical undergraduate students and 6 clinical internship in⁃structors who interned in the Neurology Department of Dongguan Songshan Lake Central Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The basic situation of interns and the satisfaction of interns and teachers were investigated by using the questionnaire star questionnaire,and the results were analyzed statisti⁃cally.Results When interns intern in the neurology department,39.53%(17/43)of them started their internship pe⁃riod(within 3 months);25.58%(11/43)of internships were in the early stage(within 6 months of internship);during the mid-term of the internship(within 9 months)accounting for 23.26%(10/43);the internship period(within 12 months)accounts for 11.63%(5/43).The overall evaluation of interns by the teaching teacher was very satisfactory,ac⁃counting for 16.28%(7/43);satisfaction accounted for 69.77%(30/43);generally accounting for 6.98%(3/43);dissatis⁃faction accounted for 6.98%(3/43).The difference was statistically significant in the satisfaction evaluation between the internship period and the teaching teacher(χ^(2)=15.0,P=0.002),and there was a correlation between the internship period and the satisfaction of the teaching teacher(rs=0.453,P=0.002).Conclusion Prioritizing the internship in the Department of Neurology at the beginning of the internship and the early stage of the internship will help improve the teachers'satisfaction with the internship in the Department of Neurology.
