基于分层管理的人文关怀护理管理对本科护理实习生核心能力的影响

摘要 目的评价本科护理实习生管理中采用情景模拟的方法进行分层管理对于提高实习生核心能力的作用。方法选择河南省人民医院普外科2021年9月—2022年9月期间在职护理实习生32名,根据随机数表法分为两组,对照组(n=16)提供传统护理管理,观察组(n=16)提供分层管理的人文关怀护理管理,将两组护理实习生的管理效果予以比较。结果观察组核心能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心理素质评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组职业认同感评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的满意度(93.75%)高于对照组(56.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本科护理实习生管理采取分层管理的人文关怀模式效果突出,可以提高护理实习生核心能力。 Objective To evaluate the role of hierarchical management using scenario simulation in improving the core competence of undergraduate nursing interns.Methods 32 in-service nursing interns from the General Surgery Department of Henan Provincial People's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected and di⁃vided into two groups based on a random number table method.The control group(n=16)provided traditional manage⁃ment,while the observation group(n=16)provided layered humanistic care nursing management.The management ef⁃fects of the two groups of nursing interns were compared.Results The core competency score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational identity score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the ob⁃servation group(93.75%)was higher than that of the control group(56.25%),and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanistic care model of hierarchical management for undergraduate nursing in⁃terns has achieved outstanding results and can improve the core abilities of nursing interns.
