全面流程管理在急诊护理管理中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Total Process Management in Emergency Nursing Management

目的研究全面流程管理在急诊护理管理中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月山东健康集团淄博医院急诊科全面流程管理实施前后的护士20名作为研究对象,2021年1—6月实施常规管理,2021年7—12月实施全面流程管理,对比管理前后的应用效果。结果实施后,护士对患者的就诊登记时间,留观登记时间,离观登记时间,抢救开始时间,转运、检查时间,抢救结束时间明显较短,护士护理服务质量、护士护理技能较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全面流程管理应用在急诊护理管理中,可缩短护士对患者就诊的各项登记时间,尽快实施抢救,提高护理服务质量。

Objective To study the application effect of total process management in emergency nursing management.Methods Twenty nurses before and after the implementation of total process management in the emergency depart⁃ment of Shandong Health Group Zibo Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Routine management was implemented from January to June 2021,and total process management was implemented from July to December 2021.The application effects before and after the management were compared.Results After the implementation,the registration time,observation registration time,separation registration time,rescue start time,transfer and examination time,rescue end time of patients were significantly shorter,and the nursing service quality and nursing skills of nurses were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The applica⁃tion of total process management in emergency nursing management can shorten the registration time of nurses for pa⁃tients,implement rescue as soon as possible,and improve the quality of nursing service.
