分析强化管理在突发公共卫生事件护理科研中的应用

Application of Analysis and Strengthening Management in Nursing Scien⁃tific Research of Public Health Emergencies

在突发公共卫生事件科研护理工作中,护理人员应通过强化管理进一步明确科研课题的责任。在强化管理过程中,及时发现管理工作中的问题,引导科研人员检查有关科研工作,提升群众对突发公共卫生事件的认知度,使其充分了解传染疾病的有关知识,为群众讲解疾病的预防和应急处理措施,护理人员可通过科研探究了解疾病的有关资料,为科研工作的开展奠定良好的基础,充分意识到科研工作的意义和作用,保证科研工作的科学性和可行性。在护理科研工作中,开展强化管理能够不断增强护理人员的科研意识,为突发公共卫生事件提供依据。由此,本文针对强化管理在突发公共卫生事件护理科研中的应用进行综述。

In the scientific research and nursing work of public health emergencies,nursing staff should further clarify the responsibility of scientific research topics through strengthening management.In the process of strengthen⁃ing management,timely discover problems in management work,guide scientific researchers to inspect relevant scien⁃tific research work,and improve public awareness of public health emergencies,make it fully understand the relevant knowledge of infectious diseases,and explain the prevention and emergency treatment measures of diseases to the masses.Nurses can understand the relevant information of diseases through scientific research.Lay a good foundation for the development of scientific research,fully realize the significance and role of scientific research,and ensure the scientificity and feasibility of scientific research.In nursing scientific research work,strengthening management can continuously enhance the scientific research awareness of nursing staff and provide evidence for public health emer⁃gencies.Therefore,this article reviews the application of intensive management in nursing research in public health emergencies.
