Analysis of the Advantages of PDCA Cycle in the Safety Management of High-risk Drugs in Hospitals

目的研究分析医院高危药品安全管理中应用PDCA循环的效果。方法选取枣庄市中医医院2021年1—12月从事高危药品安全管理的医护人员20名设为对照组(采用常规安全管理模式),选取2022年1—12月从事高危药品安全管理的医护人员20名设为研究组(采取PDCA循环进行安全管理)。统计和比较两组安全管理质量、考核成绩。结果相较于对照组,研究组药品目录、标准化流程、专人管理、专区存放、专用标识、专册登记、不良事件、定期查对、定量管理、有效期管理的分值更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组理论知识、实践操作成绩更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院高危药品安全管理中应用PDCA循环的效果更确切,可显著提高安全管理质量及医护人员理论知识、实践操作水平,值得临床借鉴与推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the effect of applying PDCA cycle in the safety management of high-risk drugs in hospitals.Methods A total of 20 medical staff engaged in high-risk drug safety management in Zaozhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2021 were selected as the control group(using conventional safety management mode).20 medical staff engaged in high-risk drug safety management from January to December 2022 were selected as the research group(using PDCA cycle for safety management).The quality of safety management and assessment results of the two groups were statistically analyzed and compared.Results Com⁃pared with the control group,the drug catalog,standardized process,special person management,special area storage,special logo,special book registration,adverse events,regular check,quantitative management,and validity period management scores in the research group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Com⁃pared with the control group,the theoretical knowledge and practical operation scores of the research group were higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of applying PDCA cycle in the safety management of high-risk drugs in hospitals is more accurate,and it can significantly improve the quality of safety management and the theoretical knowledge and practical operation level of medical staff.It is worthy of clinical reference and promotion.
