风险管理联合绩效考核在急诊科护理管理中的应用

Application of Risk Management Combined with Performance Appraisal in Emergency Department Nursing Management

目的分析急诊科护理管理中,采取风险管理联合绩效考核的价值。方法山东健康集团淄博医院于2021年7月开始对护理人员实施风险管理联合绩效考核管理,2021年1—6月实施基础护理管理为对照组,2021年7—12月实施风险管理联合绩效考核管理为观察组,护理人员共24名,为同一批。对比两组护理质量。结果观察组质量管理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理质量评分(87.33±10.19)分高于对照组(56.38±12.14)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.566,P<0.05)。观察组护理人员护理满意度评分(92.02±4.54)分高于对照组(75.47±10.36)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.168,P<0.05)。结论急诊科在展开护理管理时,联合使用风险管理与绩效考核效果显著,能够有效提高服务质量,降低不良事件发生率。

Objective To analyze the value of risk management combined with performance appraisal in emergency department nursing management.Methods Shandong Health Group Zibo Hospital implemented risk management com⁃bined with performance appraisal management for nursing staff in July 2021.The implementation of basic nursing management from January to June 2021 was the control group,and the implementation of risk management and perfor⁃mance appraisal management from July to December 2021 was the observation group.There were 24 nursing staff in the same group.Compared nursing quality before and after implementation.Results The quality management score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group(87.33±10.19)points was higher than that of the con⁃trol group(56.38±12.14)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.566,P<0.05).The nursing satisfac⁃tion score of the observation group(92.02±4.54)points was higher than that of the control group(75.47±10.36)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.168,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined use of risk management and performance appraisal in the emergency department has a significant effect in nursing management,which can ef⁃fectively improve service quality and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
