放射科质量管理中数字化医学影像学信息系统的应用效果

Application Effect of Digital Medical Imaging Information System in Qual⁃ity Management of Radiology Department

目的评价数字化医学影像学信息系统应用于放射科质量管理的临床效果。方法选择2020年1月—2023年1月于青州市人民医院放射科20名工作人员为研究对象,对照组(n=10)应用传统医学影像学信息系统、观察组(n=10)应用数字化医学影像学信息系统,对比两组工作人员不同医学影像学信息系统的应用效果,并对两组误诊率进行比较。结果观察组误诊率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组健康教育评分、管理行为评分、管理效果评分、核心能力评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组影像资料检索为两年内在线实时检索,资料检索所需时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化医学影像学信息系统应用于放射科质量管理中不仅有利于促进管理效率提升,提高工作人员满意度以及管理质量,且更有利于优化流程,缩短资料检索时间,具有全面性普及推广的价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of digital medical imaging information system applied to the qual⁃ity management of radiology department.Methods 20 staff members from the Radiology Department of Qingzhou People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The control group(n=10)applied traditional medical imaging information systems,while the observation group(n=10)applied digital medical imaging information systems.The application effects of different medical imaging information systems among the two groups of staff members were compared,and compare the misdiagnosis rates between the two groups.Results The mis⁃diagnosis rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(P<0.05).The health education score,management behavior score,management effectiveness score,and core competence score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The image data retrieval in the observation group was con⁃ducted online in real-time within two years,and the retrieval time was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of digital medical imaging information system in radiology quality management is not only conducive to improving management efficiency,improving staff sat⁃isfaction and management quality,but also is more conducive to optimizing the process and shortening the data re⁃trieval time,which has the value of comprehensive popularization.
