摘要
目的分析多学科协作(multidisciplinary team,MDT)联合情景模拟教学模式在临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法随机选取2019—2020学年度3批医学生60名作为对照组,采用传统教学;另选2021—2022学年度3批医学生60名作为观察组,在传统教学的基础上另采用MDT联合情景模拟教学。均于重庆市铜梁区人民医院进行实习。对比两组医学生理论知识、临床技能考核成绩、职业能力,教学满意度。结果观察组教学后的理论知识及临床技能考核成绩高于对照组,职业能力水平评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的78.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论MDT联合情景模拟教学可提高学生临床实践能力,教学满意度高。
Objective To analyze the application effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)combined situational simula⁃tion teaching model in clinical practice teaching.Methods Randomly selected 60 medical students from three batches in the 2019-2020 academic year as the control group,using traditional teaching methods;selected 60 medical stu⁃dents from three batches in the 2021-2022 academic year as the observation group,and used MDT combined with sce⁃nario simulation teaching on the basis of traditional teaching.Internship at Tongliang District People's Hospital in Chongqing.Compared the theoretical knowledge,clinical skills assessment scores,professional abilities,and teaching satisfaction of two groups of medical students.Results The theoretical knowledge and clinical skills assessment scores of the observation group after teaching were higher than those of the control group,and the professional ability level scores were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with teaching in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 78.33%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion MDT combined with situational simulation teaching can improve stu⁃dents'clinical practice ability and high teaching satisfaction.
