以岗位胜任力为导向的教学模式改革现已成为医学教育的研究热点。为了让医学教育改革能更好地满足临床工作要求,将模拟训练引入皮肤科住院医师规范化培训中,通过设计和运用各种新型手术训练模型,融合阶梯式皮肤科手术技能培训,进行规范化操作训练,显著提高皮肤科规培医师的临床手术技能水平,增强其核心竞争力,为可持续性发展打下了坚实的基础,在临床教学中取得了较好的培训效果。

The teaching model reform oriented by post competency has become a research hotspot in medical educa⁃tion.In order to make the reform of medical education better meet the requirements of clinical work,simulation train⁃ing was introduced into the standardized training of dermatology residents.Through the design and application of vari⁃ous new surgical training models,the integration of step-by-step dermatology surgery skills training,and standardized operation training,the clinical surgical skills of dermatology doctors can be significantly improved and their core com⁃petitiveness enhanced.It has laid a solid foundation for sustainable development,and achieved good training results in clinical teaching.
