临床技能竞赛联合集体备课在妇产科临床带教中的应用

Application of Collective Preparation for Clinical Skills Competition Jointly in Clinical Teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology

目的探讨临床技能竞赛联合集体备课在妇产科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月于英山县妇幼保健院妇产科实习的30名临床实习医生作为研究对象进行分组带教,其中进行传统带教的实习医生15名作为对照组,通过临床技能竞赛联合集体备课带教的实习医生15名作为观察组。比较两组实习医生的教学理论成绩、实际操作成绩以及实习医生对带教老师的满意度。结果观察组实习医生的实际操作成绩和理论成绩都优于对照组,且实习医生的满意率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床技能竞赛联合集体备课的带教模式在妇产科临床带教中的运用效果比较好,能有效提高实习医生的学习成绩,增加带教老师和实习生相互的满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of clinical skills competition combined with collective preparation in clini⁃cal teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods Thirty clinical interns who practiced in the Department of Obstet⁃rics and Gynecology of Yingshan County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were se⁃lected as the study subjects,and they were grouped and taught.Among them,15 interns who were traditionally taught as the control group and 15 interns who were taught through clinical skills competition combined with collective les⁃son preparation as the observation group.The theoretical and practical results of the two groups were compared,as well as the satisfaction of the interns with the teachers.Results The practical and theoretical scores of the intern doc⁃tors in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the satisfaction of the intern doctors was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The teaching mode of clinical skills com⁃petition combined with collective lesson preparation is more effective in the clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecol⁃ogy,which can effectively improve the learning performance of intern doctors and increase the mutual satisfaction of teaching teachers and interns.
