摘要
第四次工业革命正在推动产业数字化蓬勃发展。面对现代装备复杂度剧增导致的研制风险,为了应对快速变化的威胁和推动技术进步,保障经济可承受性的同时提供更快的交付能力,美军提出数字工程战略,在国防工业及数字化采办中战略布局,稳步推进数字化实践。本文研究了美军数字工程的发展历程及呈现特点,剖析美军数字工程内涵,研究其用到的关键技术,综述典型项目中数字工程应用情况,提出数字工程发展对武器装备研制的启示。
The fourth industrial revolution is promoting the vigorous development of industrial digitalization.Faced with the development risk caused by the rapid increase of modern equipment complexity,in order to cope with the threat of rapid change and promote technological progress,and ensure economic affordability while providing faster delivery capability,the US military put forward the digital engineering strategy,strategically placed it in the national defense industry and digital acquisition,and steadily promoted the digital practice.This paper studies the development and characteristics of US military digital engineering,analyzes the connotation of US military digital engineering,studies the key technologies used,summarizes the application of digital engineering in typical projects,and the enlightenment of the development of digital engineering to the development and production of weapon equipment is put forward.
