Lenin scientifically analyzed the background of the times, gained insight into the actual needs of the Russian Revo⁃lution, and always persisted in propagating revolutionary theory in the practice of exploring the revolutionary road. From a histori⁃cal perspective, Lenin propagated revolutionary theory on the basis of scientific analysis of the grim international situation andcomplex domestic environment facing the Russian Revolution at that time. From the theoretical point of view, Lenin took Marxistrevolutionary theory as the main propaganda content, enlightened the people's consciousness of struggle in the practice of propa⁃ganda revolutionary theory, and enriched and developed Marxist propaganda and education theory. From a practical point of view,Lenin smoothly advanced the process of the Russian revolution and won the victory of the revolutionary struggle by propagatingrevolutionary theory and uniting the people in the revolutionary struggle. From the perspective of value, Lenin promoted thestrengthening of the organizational strength of the proletarian party by propagating revolutionary theory, demonstrating the wisdomand wisdom of the Communist Party of Russia(Brazzaville). Under the conditions of the new era, scientifically grasping the histor⁃ical, theoretical, practical and value dimensions of Lenin's propaganda revolutionary theory is of great significance for promotingthe innovative development of Marxist propaganda and education theory.
