多边主义是全球治理的一种重要方式。坚持真正的多边主义,其实质就是实现多元治理、共同治理与合作治理。当前,百年大变局正在加速演进,联合国秩序受到严重挑战,全球安全形势持续恶化,全球治理赤字不断加重。坚持真正的多边主义,有利于广泛凝聚全球价值共识,汇聚合力推动构建人类命运共同体。在实践中,要坚定维护联合国秩序,以共同规则来协调国际关系;践行共商共建共享的全球治理观,让广大发展中国家能够共享全球化红利;尊重文明多样性,以开放包容、交流互鉴的姿态推动人类文明的繁荣进步;深化拓展多边合作的治理方式,推动全球治理朝着更加公正合理的方向发展。

Multilateralism is an important method of global governance.The essence of upholding true multilateralism is to achieve multi-governance,co-governance and collaborative governance.At present,changes unseen in a century are evolving faster,the order of the United Nations has been seriously challenged,the global security situation continues to deteriorate,and the deficit in global governance is worsening.Upholding true multilateralism is conducive to broadly cohesive global value consensus so as to make joint efforts to build a community with a shared future for mankind.In practice,the order of the UN should be safeguarded resolutely so that the international relations can be coordinated through common rules;the global governance view of extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits should be fulfilled so that all the developing countries can share the benefits of globalization;the diversity of civilization should be respected and the prosperous development of human civilization should be promoted through open-minded and inclusive attitude,exchanges and mutual learning;and the governing methods of multilateral cooperation should be deepened and extended to promote the global governance toward a more equitable and rational future.
