From Media Convergence to Human-Machine Collaboration:The History,CurrentStatus,and Vision of AI Empowering News Production

人工智能(AI)的广泛应用给新闻业带来了变革与挑战。本文通过对9位媒体机构新闻工作者的深度访谈及相关资料分析,回顾了AI赋能中西方媒体新闻生产的历史和现状,分析了AI技术给新闻生产在内容偏向、隐私版权、信息真实等方面带来的挑战,梳理了从媒介融合到人机协同的演进路径。为了适应AI赋能新闻生产的愿景,我们应当处理好生产力与创造力的关系,重新界定新闻从业者的职业身份,积极开展面向公众的AI素养教育。

The widespread application of artificial intelligence(AI)has brought about changes and challenges to the journalism industry.This article reviews the history and current status of AIempowered news production,analyzes the impact of AI on news production,and outlines the evolution path from media integration to human-machine collaboration.To adapt to the vision of AIenabled news production,we should handle the relationship between productivity and creativity,redefine the professional identity of journalists,and actively carry out public AI literacy education.
