磷酸奥司他韦对流感病毒感染患儿的治疗效果研究

Efficacy of Oseltamivir phosphate in the treatment of influenza virus infection in children and the effect of immune function

目的探讨磷酸奥司他韦治疗流感病毒感染患儿的临床疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选择泰安市妇幼保健院2020年8月-2021年11月收治的流感病毒感染患儿114例,按照随机数字表法分为仅采用炎琥宁治疗的对照组(n=57)与联合使用磷酸奥司他韦治疗的试验组(n=57),2组患儿均持续用药5d,对比临床疗效、症状改善(发热消退、乏力缓解、肺部啰音改善、病毒核酸转阴)时间以及淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))水平。结果试验组愈显率为94.74%,高于对照组的82.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组发热消退、乏力缓解、肺部啰音改善、病毒核酸转阴时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)T细胞水平均较对照组更高,CD8^(+)水平较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对流感病毒患儿在炎琥宁治疗的基础上联用磷酸奥司他韦可提高治疗效果,有利于促进症状缓解,提高免疫功能,值得推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of oseltamivir phosphate in the treatment of influenza virus infection in children and the effect on the immune function of children.Methods Methods a total of 114 children with influenza virus treated in Taian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from August 2020 to November 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=57)treated with yanunine alone and experimental group(n=57)treated with oseltamivir phosphate.The clinical eficacy,symptom improvement time(fever resolution,fatigue relief,lung rales improvement,viral nucleic acid negative)and lymphocyte subsets(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+))were compared.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.74%,which was higher than that of the control group 82.46%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,fever subsided,fatigue relieved,pulmonary rales improved and viral nucleic acid turned negative time were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+)and CD4^(+)T cells in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of CD8^(+)were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Oseltamivir phosphate combined with lisuccinate can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the relief of symptoms and improve the immune function of children with influenza virus,which is worthy of promotion.
