2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝的中西医研究进展

Research Progress of Chinese and Western Medicine on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Combined with Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)和非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是常见的疾病,二者经常共存,并能协同作用导致不良后果。T2DM合并NAFLD使心血管疾病及糖尿病微血管病变发生率明显增加,同时也使NAFLD向更严重的方向发展,包括肝硬化、肝细胞癌甚至死亡。目前尚没有批准的西药来预防或治疗T2DM合并NAFLD,但中医药治疗T2DM合并NAFLD具有一定特色与优势,总结T2DM合并NAFLD目前中西医研究进展,为T2DM合并NAFLD的临床治疗提供更多思路。

Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)are common diseases.The two often coexist,and can synergy lead to adverse consequences.Mellitus is a common disease.T2DM combined with NAFLD significantly increased the incidence of cardiovascular disease and diabetic microangiopathy,and also led to a more serious development of NAFLD,including cirrhosis,hepatocellular carcinoma and even death.At present,there is no approved western medicine to prevent or treat T2DM with NAFLD,but traditional Chinese medicine has certain characteristics and advantages in the treatment of T2DM with NAFLD.This paper aims to summarize the current research progress of traditional Chinese and western medicine,and provide more ideas for the clinical treatment of T2DM with NAFLD.
