情志因素与白癜风的关系

白癜风,即皮肤出现色素脱失性白斑,常为后天获得性皮肤病。由于学业和工作的压力增大,越来越多的白癜风患者有情志诱因,不良情绪又会影响白癜风皮损的恢复,甚至加重皮损。治疗上,常以情志累及的相关脏腑,尤以肝、脾为主要,进行辨证论治,并配合以情胜情、心理疏导、五音疗法等情志护理方法,可以在临床上取得满意的疗效。通过阅读相关文献和临床跟师学习,从情志因素探讨白癜风的发病、治疗和护理,对于指导临床有很大的意义。

Vitiligo,the appearance of depigmented white spots on the skin,is often an acquired skin disease.Due to the increased pressure of school and work,more and more vitiligo patients have emotional triggers,and bad emotions will affect the recovery of vitiligo lesions,and even aggravate the lesions.In terms of treatment,the relevant Zang-Fu organs involved in emotion,especially liver and spleen,are often treated according to syndrome differentiation,and emotional nursing methods such as emotion over emotion,psychological counselingand five-tone therapy,can achieve satisfactory clinical results.Through reading relevant literature and clinical follow-up learning,this paper discussed the onset,treatment and care of vitiligo from the emotional factor,which is of great significance for guiding the clinic.
